- Transition Wiki by Jill Curry: This website provides a wide range of resources regarding the transition to adult services.
- Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC): This agency oversees short term vocational services for adults with disabilities.
- Department of Developmental Services (DDS): This agency oversees services for individuals with intellectual impairments.
- Department of Mental Health (DMH): This agency oversees services for individuals with mental health needs.

- Assistive Technology Wiki by Karen Janowski: A wide range of (mostly free) assistive technology supports organized by NPS's former technology specialist.
- Create a Weebly: This website was created using the free web resource, Weebly. This webpage provides simple directions for starting your own site. No former or highly technical knowledge of website design necessary! Weebly also has fantastic support services on their site. I learned about Weebly in an EDCO professional development course from Sabrina Avnor, who created this site.

- American Sign Language by Bill Vickers: free self-study lessons including an ASL dictionary, signing videos, a printable sign language alphabet chart (fingerspelling), etc.
- ASL Pro: ASL Pro is a completely free online ASL educational resource website featuring over 11000 ASL Signs.
- Handspeak: Handspeak offers a comprehensive ASL (American Sign Language) resource online, including an ASL video dictionary, ASL tutorials/lessons, sign language, etc.
